We're currently seeking a Marketing Manager! _Essential Functions & Responsibilities_ *Create, plan, administer and manage marketing strategy to increase company’s market share and overall sales in line with corporate goals and promotion strategy *Develop and manage the digital marketing strategy to include SEO, SEM, and social media *Ensure consistency of approach to marketing of company products and brand *Coordinate direct mail campaigns and assist in follow-up calls as necessary *Keep all electrical and physical signage around campus up-to-date with latest information *Administer company website, monitoring for issues and making updates as necessary (Wordpress) *Design specials, flyers, posters, entertainment calendars, mailers, and other collateral occasionally *Generate correspondence, reports, and other materials both for internal and external use *Develop effective advertising and promotional programs utilizing all media effectively to publicize company products and services *Administer the implementation and measurement of sales and marketing plans *Manage ticketing software for Ponderosa Lounge (band info, tickets, news blasts, etc.) *Manage and oversee social media presence and direct programs to achieve social media objectives *Keep up-to-date with current trends in marketing, communication, social media, compliance, the local and national economy, and industry issues *Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications and initiatives *Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends *Improve brand awareness *Build following and awareness of Jubitz *Represent the company at events *Build partnerships with local businesses, community groups, etc. *Work to improve print, online and radio presence *Work with department managers to set marketing budget based on business goals from previous years expenditures *Set departmental objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures *Review monthly budget reports to identify any discrepancies; work with accounting department to make corrections to budgeting discrepancies *Develop and manage operating expenses and purchasing for the department *Coordinate banquet sales drives, pushing deals to customers via e-mail/social media/mailers *Keep all banquet calendars and BEOs up-to-date and communicate any changes with banquet staff *Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed *Follow up with banquet customers to gather feedback about how we can improve our services _Qualifications and Experience_ *2+ years of marketing program management and marketing communication experience *BA/BS in business, marketing, communications or PR, with a strong emphasis in marketing preferred *One year of experience supervising staff including performance reviews, mentorship and training *Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently *Excellent communication and writing skills *Must have strong punctuation, grammar, spelling and proofreading skills *Excellent design skills *Experience with Adobe Design Suite a plus *Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) *Familiarity with WordPress highly desired *Strong communication and presentation skills desirable.
