Growing commercial insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced **Commercial Marketing Manager** to lead carrier marketing, placement strategy, and negotiations for complex commercial accounts.

**What You’ll Do**

* Market new and renewal commercial business
* Build and manage carrier relationships
* Negotiate coverage, pricing, and terms
* Partner with Producers and Account Managers on client strategies
* Analyze risks and develop creative coverage solutions
* Stay current on carrier appetites and market trends

**What We’re Looking For**

* 5+ years of commercial lines marketing experience
* Strong Property & Casualty and specialty coverage knowledge
* Established carrier relationships and strong negotiation skills
* Strategic, consultative approach with excellent follow-through
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Texas General Lines License preferred
