Marketing Manager - Manufacturing

Marketing Manager Company: Our client is a leading manufacturer of custom solutions for the plastics industry. Their equipment is critical in the production of food / bev / CPG packaging, medical devices, wire & cable, and other markets.A company with strong financial backing that has been producing quality equipment for over 50 years.Forward thinking organization with a wide breadth of product offerings and industry solutions.This organization has made recent acquisitions and organizational changes in order to position them as an industry leader.Your role within the organization will be to work closely with the VP of Sales and manage the full marketing function for the company. Manage company's social media accounts, marketing activities & budget, trade shows, advertising, etc. Help drive company growth through market research and working closely with the leadership team.You will be responsible for brand management, developing content and messaging meant to capture the target market.Location: Central PATo be successful in this critical role:Bachelor's degree preferred, BBA / BS Marketing, or equivalentKnowledge of & experience with all elements of a Marketing Management positionCRM experience and utilizationExperience in a Marketing role within the manufacturing industry; with a preference for someone who has worked in a similar market: food / bev / CPG packaging, plastics manufacturing / materials, medical device, or other industrial area.
