München Haus Management Team Roles and Responsibilities Marketing Manager • Exemplify Mission - Oversee, Prioritize & Ensure Positive Customer Experience • Exemplify Values - Relationships, Quality, Safety, Integrity, Sustainability • Works with CEO to establish event and marketing goals/division budget • Manage budgets and expenses- Quarterly report and review with CEO • Manages events, music and identifies opportunities • Create content and manage social media, advertising, public image and press releases • Assist in developing marketing plans • Implement and oversee all marketing programs • Oversight of sponsorship and donations • Oversight of all branding and merchandise • Develop and manage website and online store platforms • Menu design creation and updating • Work cooperatively with CEO, Food & Beverage Manager and Operations Manager • Oversee and prioritize customer experience Operations Manager • Exemplify Mission - Oversee, Prioritize & Ensure Positive Customer Experience • Exemplify Values - Relationships, Quality, Safety, Integrity, Sustainability • Manage Employees and Scheduling • Oversee Supervisors, Administrative and General Staff • Oversee Hiring and Training • Human Resources Oversight with Baker Tilly Team • Conduct bi-annual employee 1-on-1 evaluations, present to CEO for review • Manage labor budget, including quarterly review meetings CEO • Payroll processing and oversight collaboratively with CEO • Work cooperatively with CEO, Food & Beverage Manager and Marketing Manager • Coordinate with Marketing on social media and communications • Work with marketing regarding merchandise inventory and ordering needs, as well as online store presence • Maintain and facilitate online ordering & to-go model, Oversee online store • Oversee and Prioritize Customer Experience (respond to Customer’s inquiries and reviews) • Work collaboratively with Food & Beverage Manager to create, oversee, and maintain best practices for food handling and safety • Oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain high quality output • Oversee Beer Garden operations, coordinate inventory and ordering with Food & Beverage • Maintain restaurant operations supplies and equipment Food and Beverage Manager • Exemplify Mission - Oversee, Prioritize & Ensure Positive Customer Experience • Exemplify Values - Relationships, Quality, Safety, Integrity, Sustainability • Oversee and maintain high quality food production procedures • Work cooperatively with Operations Manager, CEO & Marketing Manager • Manage all prep kitchen daily operations • Manage Inventory and ordering of all food and N/A beverages • Maintain restaurant supplies and equipment • Maintain and foster vendor and sales rep relationships • Menu and recipe development (expand and develop house made items) • Menu pricing and cost analysis- Bi-annual report and review with CEO • Source local, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients and supplies • Manage cost of goods sold budgets and expenses- Quarterly report and review with CEO • Visioning, implementation, and oversight of future operations.
