Marketing Manager (On-site & Full Time)

Job Description: Our manufacturing company is seeking a flexible and versatile Marketing Manager who will assist in the growth of its brand awareness. We are seeking a candidate who can manage marketing initiatives and use market research to direct marketing strategies and planning. To be successful, this candidate will need experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns and who will be able to build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. Responsibilities: • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics • Research and analyze customers’ insights, market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form successful marketing strategies • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals • Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups • Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects • Communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition • Work within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product • Track all marketing and sales data and create detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior staff about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets Requirements: • A Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Marketing, Business or other related field • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Motivated, driven, and confident. • Displays a genuine passion for their work and portrays a sense of purpose and enthusiasm • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision making skills • Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity **This is an on-site, full time position.
