Marketing Manager, SMB Sponsored Products, Amazon Ads

A strategically important part of our charter is to drive adoption across a portfolio of self-service, cost per click advertising products to enable head to tail advertisers to engage with customers in relevant ways. Specifically, we are looking for a high performing Marketing Manager who will own the development and execution of our cross-channel marketing strategy to accelerate growth among existing advertisers through adoption of multiple formats and building towards a full-funnel advertising strategy. In this role, your marketing programs and campaigns will help SMB brand owners overcome barriers to growth (such as access to high quality creative or a lack of understanding how/when to utilize differing advertising strategies), and ensure our advertiser customers have access to easily discoverable educational content that builds best practices and advertiser success across our solutions. Basic Qualifications • 5 years of professional non-internship marketing experience • Experience using email platforms and editing HTML • Experience building and scaling cross-functional marketing programs • Experience using Excel or Tableau to extract data and insights to drive campaign optimizations (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) • Demonstrated capacity to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities of a rapidly evolving business • Experience communicating results to senior leadership • Ability to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to creative planning Amazon is a total compensation company.
