Black Diamond is seeking a Full Time Marketing Manager who will drive our continued marketing success and oversee the development and delivery of a fully integrated Million Dollar+ marketing budget for our company. The Marketing Manager will manage and participate in the marketing process from research and planning to execution and analysis at our headquarters in San Jose. This position, for the right candidate, will have the opportunity for the Marketing Director position within 1 year. • Leadership skills to manage, motivate, and develop our marketing staff on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.
