Position Summary The Marketing Manager, Commercial Activation is responsible for turning business priorities into focused marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, demand, and commercial action across key channels, products, and customer audiences. This role serves as the bridge between business needs and marketing execution, developing campaign strategies, activation plans, messaging frameworks, and measurable programs that support growth and help move customers from awareness to action. Customer & Market-Facing Communications Develop the customer- and market-facing communications strategy for the campaigns, activations, and commercial programs led by this role. Shape messaging and communication frameworks that bring campaigns to market clearly, effectively, and with strong commercial relevance. 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial marketing, demand generation, channel marketing, product marketing, or related roles.
