, • Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing, media and communications services, campaigns, and organizational events. , • Manage the creation and distribution of marketing, media, and communications materials for service lines as assigned. , • Prepare and negotiate contracts and memoranda of understanding with County departments/agencies, other public agencies and outside organizations to produce marketing communications campaigns, video or digital programs, media productions, and related educational and training materials. , • Act as a consultant to a County department/agency's management regarding the public relations and marketing aspects of the department/agency's programs. Six months of this experience must have included the marketing and distribution of video or digital productions or programs.
