Incumbents work with high-level management employees and consequently, the employees in this classification are privy to decisions of the Kern County Hospital Authority management affecting employer-employee relations. • Manages digital marketing efforts, including website content updates, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing campaigns, and online advertising. Monitors social media platforms, respond to comments and inquiries, and analyze social media analytics to identify trends and opportunities. Knowledge of: • Working knowledge of social media, advertising and marketing campaigns • Good computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data and sharing this information with other team members in project updates. As Disaster Service Workers, all county employees are expected to remain at work, or to report for work as soon as practicable following a significant emergency or disaster.
