Assist with content development and ongoing maintenance of web properties, including: Okuma.comMyOkuma.comCustomer and distributor portalsCreate and manage digital assets to support new and existing online experiences Develop training and educational videos for customers and distributorsCreate media assets to support new digital platforms and portalsCreate marketing materials that support talent attraction and promote Okuma in the community, including recruiting content, employer branding assets, and outreach-related materialsCollaborate cross-functionally to support evolving marketing and business initiativesAdheres to all company employment policies and safe practices Performs other duties as assigned and explores opportunities to add value Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content strategy Ability to plan, prioritize, organize work, effectively handle multiple projects with track record of successful project completion, and work positively under pressure.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage a range of responsibilities and competing priorities while working under pressure to meet deadlinesSuperb time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet regular and frequent deadlines Computer proficiency to include intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, Office skills, Adobe Creative SuiteProven experience in multimedia content creation and graphic design Proficiency in video editing, design tools, and digital content platforms Familiarity with AI-based content tools is preferredFamiliarity with social media platforms
