Marketing Move In Coordinator

O’Neill Healthcare is looking for a Marketing/Move In Coordinator to join our amazing team! Hours split between the positions will depend on skill set of the candidate and availability of the rest of the O’Neill healthcare assisted living marketing team. • Welcomes new residents to community, provides orientation of the community, apartment and services. • Makes sure all information has been entered into the respective systems for a smooth transition from the sales and marketing team to the daily operations team • Assists the sales and marketing department with production reports, correspondence, telephone inquiries, community and facility events, and community outreach • Connects with doctor offices and senior centers in the community via email, call or in person visit to generate leads for assisted living, nursing homes and hospice • Attends all required training, in-service, and team meetings We are a healthcare community that is family owned and operated, providing senior care based on the following principles: • A commitment to delivering the highest quality of care in the most personalized way possible • An appreciation of our residents, their families, and the communities where our facilities are located • Innovations in the services offered so that we remain current with market needs and clinical developments • A dedication to the well-being and professional growth of our employees
