Lead AI Workshops and Assessments: Facilitate client-facing sessions focused on the cultural and organizational shifts required for AI adoption, including leadership alignment, stakeholder buy-in, change readiness, and overcoming resistance to new ways of working. Experience: 5+ years of experience in change management or organizational development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing direct reports. The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $145,000, based on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
