You’ll work directly with the founder and alongside some of the best marketing talent to create consistency, structure, and strong execution across all our marketing channels. You will manage creative workflows, maintain marketing calendars, collaborate with contractors, publish content, support email campaigns, track campaign performance, and ensure that all marketing outputs are delivered with consistency and quality. • Schedule and publish content on social media platforms, email marketing campaigns (broadcast + automated), YouTube and video platforms, and basic landing pages or website sections • Upload, organize, and maintain content across tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Canva, and website CMS tools. • Experience updating simple website content or landing pages. Hours & Structure • 25–35 hours/week as a contractor to start • Temp-to-perm transition expected within 60–120 days for strong performers • Hybrid work: 3 days/week in person with the team in Tampa, FL
