Manage and maintain the Content Management System (CMS) for the Brand PortalServe as the main point of contact for Brand Portal users, handling inquiries and identifying opportunities for improvementManage user access and permissions, including Figma guest access and reporting supportOwn setup and administration of external collaboration tools (Google Drive, Slack channels) for agency and partner useAct as administrator for stock photography platforms (Getty, Adobe Stock, etc. What they’re looking for: Experience in marketing operations, platform administration, or IT support within a marketing/creative environmentHands-on experience working with CMS platformsStrong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple systems and requests simultaneouslyComfortable working across tools like Figma, DAM systems (Bynder or similar), Google Drive, SlackDetail-oriented, proactive, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment Nice to have:
