Marketing & Operations Coordinator

Lampwork Software, LLC operates fast-growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands, and is based in Uptown Fayetteville. We sell globally through Shopify and other online marketplaces, and we’re looking for a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to help keep the business running smoothly while supporting our marketing efforts.

THE ROLE

This position sits at the center of our daily operations and marketing execution. You’ll be the person who makes sure things go out correctly, on time, and looking right. The work spans order fulfillment coordination, product data management, marketing support, and customer communication.

Day to day, you’ll be responsible for:

Coordinating order fulfillment and ensuring accuracy across every shipment
Managing product data, inventory records, and listing updates in Shopify
Handling customer inquiries and resolving order issues professionally
Proofing and QA’ing marketing materials, product pages, and customer-facing content
Maintaining clean, organized records and operational documentation
Assisting with creative coordination, social media scheduling, and brand asset management

Your work will be reviewed by our operations lead. There’s structure and support here, but we need someone who takes ownership of their tasks and catches details before they become problems.
