Key Responsibilities • Manage Rhombus’ HubSpot account and marketing operation strategy to improve data cleanliness, segmentation, efficiency, and revenue. • Improve marketing reporting and attribution models to clarify marketing spend ROI from lead to revenue. • Serve as the expert on tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, supporting program setup, lead flows, integrations, and field mappings. Required Qualifications • 3+ years of B2B IoT/SaaS marketing operations experience. • Hands-on experience with automation and CRM platforms, with advanced knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce.
