Marketing Operations Manager, Zappos

This role is a critical marketing operations and coordination role responsible for keeping Zappos' full-funnel marketing engine running with precision and accountability. 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams Knowledge of project management tools and software Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service and experience in managing and troublshooting network Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit https://amazon.jobs/content/en/how-we-hire/accommodations for more information.
