Marketing Operations Manager (m/w/d)

This role is a critical marketing operations and coordination role responsible for keeping Zappos' full-funnel marketing engine running with precision and accountability. At the heart of this role is a deep commitment to process integrity and cross-functional alignment. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns - Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of project management tools and software - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service and experience in managing and troublshooting network - Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in multi-territory campaign management - Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process - Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields - Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices - Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences If the country/region you're applying in isn't listed, please contact your Recruiting Partner.
