With a strong focus on financial governance and process optimization, the Marketing Operations Manager designs and implements streamlined workflows while owning the day‑to‑day operational execution that enables strategic marketing initiatives to deliver measurable business impact.What you will doFinanceOversee team budget tracking and reportingManage invoicing, reconciliation, and supplier set‑up processesEnsure accuracy and timeliness of financial documentation and paymentsPartner with Finance team on budget pacing, forecasting, and variance analysisServe as primary Marketing point of contact with AccountingMediaOwn media trafficking across digital and linear channelsSupport updates and optimization of Google Business ProfilesRespond to ongoing media vendor and sponsor requests in a timely mannerAssist with management and coordination of the media agency, including deliverables tracking and communicationHelp ensure campaign assets and placements align with approved plans and timelinesCross‑functional CommunicationsReportingSupport the development and distribution of comprehensive communications and reports to ensure leadership and stakeholders are consistently informed on advertising‑related initiatives and impactProcess improvementStreamline the advertising and Customer Experience Team’s workload using project management best practices and toolsDocument and socialize new or existing processesStrategyAnnual planningSupport launch of new annual planning frameworkCross‑functionally collaborate to ensure alignmentInnovationBring together disparate innovation efforts to ensure alignment, drive efficiency, and clarify accountabilityKeep teams abreast of advertising innovation newsProvide leadership with ongoing visibility to efforts and watchoutsPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsEducation QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising or related field RequiredExperience Qualifications4-6 years Experience in digital paid media advertising at a media agency or in‑house media teamExperience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (ex.
