What You’ll Do You’ll be the go-to expert for ad operations and marketing analytics at Trailblaze. Your core responsibilities: • Own ad ops across platforms: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and beyond — from buildout to optimization • Build full-funnel analytics: Implement and manage GA4, GTM (web + server-side), and cross-platform tracking • Create attribution clarity: Develop and maintain multi-touch attribution models and reporting dashboards • Turn data into action: Provide insights and recommendations that improve performance and drive ROI • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with strategy and creative teams to inform campaign development • Leverage AI: Use tools to improve reporting, QA, analysis, and performance • Marketing Ops: Support and guide others while collaborating with our HubSpot and CRM specialists Perks & Benefits • Competitive salary: $65K–$85K depending on experience • Hybrid schedule: 3 in-office, 2 remote • Great office vibes in downtown Providence (yes, coffee + culture included) • Half-day Fridays in summer • Medical, dental, vision + 401(k) with match • Generous PTO + paid holidays • Professional development budget + certification support • Real ownership of your work and a team that’s genuinely got your back
