Puustelli North America is looking for a hands-on, self-directed team member to help grow our marketing efforts and support our network of cabinet shop, design, and construction partners.
This is an opportunity to join a small and growing business where you'll work directly with the founder and have a visible impact on how we attract, onboard, and support partners across North America.
What You'll Do
Marketing & Content
Create and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other channels
Assist with photography, video, and project storytelling
Help manage website updates, newsletters, and marketing campaigns
Use AI tools to improve efficiency and content creation
Partner Success & Lead Management
Respond to inbound inquiries and help qualify opportunities
Support partner onboarding and training activities
Follow up with prospective and active partners
Help maintain CRM records and marketing data
Field & Project Support
Visit partner locations, project sites, and industry events as needed
Assist with showroom, sample, and training material preparation
Occasionally help with light warehouse or logistics-related tasks
What We're Looking For
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing
Daily user of AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms
Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally within the Twin Cities area
Nice to Have
Experience in marketing, customer success, sales support, or communications
Experience with CRM systems
Interest in design, cabinetry, interiors, construction, or architecture
Startup or small-business experience
About the Role
Part-time: approximately 8–24 hours per week

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
