Marketing & Partner Success Coordinator

This is an opportunity to join a small and growing business where you'll work directly with the founder and have a visible impact on how we attract, onboard, and support partners across North America. Create and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other channels Assist with photography, video, and project storytelling Help manage website updates, newsletters, and marketing campaigns Use AI tools to improve efficiency and content creation Respond to inbound inquiries and help qualify opportunities Support partner onboarding and training activities Follow up with prospective and active partners Help maintain CRM records and marketing data What We're Looking For Part-time: approximately 8–24 hours per week Hybrid work environment Flexible schedule Based in the Twin Cities area with occasional visits to our warehouse, partner locations, project sites, and events Opportunity to grow with the business as we expand
