About the position Sweetwater, the nation's #1 online retailer of music instruments and pro audio gear, is seeking a dedicated, driven, and detail-oriented individual with a penchant for networking and managing relationships to join our growing Marketing team! The ideal candidate would be comfortable canvassing the online music community to find potential advertising partners to invite them to join our program and see them through the entire onboarding process. This individual will work closely with some of the biggest music gear content creators! Responsibilities • Identify and onboard new partners for our program , • Manage reporting for prospecting and onboarding metrics , • Assist in planning sponsored content campaigns with our roster of creators , • Manage logistics for sponsored content campaigns , • Manage deliverables to ensure that sponsored content campaigns are progressing as planned , • Ensure that sponsored content adheres to Sweetwater's brand standards and provide feedback to the partner when required , • Assist in reporting on sponsored content campaigns , • Stay on top of best practices and new trends in affiliate advertising and influencer marketing , • Analyze partner channels for improvement opportunities and communicate best practices and optimization strategies , • Provide a high standard of service to our partners and prospects
