About the position Responsibilities • Identify and onboard new partners for our program • Manage reporting for prospecting and onboarding metrics • Assist in planning sponsored content campaigns with our roster of creators • Manage logistics for sponsored content campaigns • Manage deliverables to ensure that sponsored content campaigns are progressing as planned • Ensure that sponsored content adheres to Sweetwater's brand standards and provide feedback to the partner when required • Assist in reporting on sponsored content campaigns • Stay on top of best practices and new trends in affiliate advertising and influencer marketing • Analyze partner channels for improvement opportunities and communicate best practices and optimization strategies • Provide a high standard of service to our partners and prospects Requirements • A highly detail-oriented approach to organizing and delivering data and managing relationships • Meticulous written and verbal communication skills • A friendly, upbeat attitude • Ability to juggle multiple communications at once • Ability to deliver 'bad news' and politely decline opportunities that don't make the cut • Ability to shift focus quickly when needed • A 'continuous improvement' mindset - you don't settle for 'good enough' • Ability to work with multiple departments & team members for campaign coordination and execution • Ability to receive constructive feedback and direction, quickly turning insights into iterative action • A love for music gear - you enjoy staying up to date on all the newest gear, and learning how it all works!
