Marketing , PR, and Social Media Expert

Riccardo Maggiore Salon is seeking a Social Media expert who will develop social media content and drive brand awareness, increase growth and engagement and tell a cohesive story for our luxury full service salons. The team player will manage our web site/blog and social media marketing efforts including content creation, advertisements, community management and reporting. The ideal candidate is creative, loves beauty and social media! Must be able to be at the salon at least 1 day or two half days. Develop relationships with consumers, influencers, and media on social media Schedule social media posts with apps like Hootsuite, Planoly or Buffer Be on top of trends and spread the word Take photos at salons or events which will be supplemented with content supplied by stylists Email outreach and follow up with followers, press, brands, and influencers Work independently and with owner and stylists to implement campaigns Track and report social media analytics and present monthly findings Desired Skills & Experience: Resourcefulness Experience in digital & social media content development, engagement, and analytics Excited and interested in the work with good, positive energy Excellent written and verbal communication in English Ability to take and edit nice phone photos and videos Passion for social media and pop culture trends Ability to work, collaborate, and take feedback Performance measured by follower and engagement growth, press mentions and bookings.
