This role reports into our Sr. Director, Marketing Client Services and plays a critical part in advancing Resource Innovations' internal agency model-bringing agency-caliber strategic thinking, creative excellence, and disciplined execution to large-scale energy efficiency and energy transformation programs. Bachelor's degree (BBA, BA, or BS) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, Digital Marketing or a related field/equivalent experience required 8+ years of experience in marketing, client services, or account leadership Agency experience strongly preferred Proven ability to lead multiple accounts, complex teams, and client relationships simultaneously Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable, compelling recommendations Demonstrated success developing and managing high-performing teams Confidence presenting to and influencing clients and internal leadership Excellent communication skills, including the ability to author and deliver strategic presentations and POVs Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics Experience managing planning processes, scopes, budgets, and performance at a portfolio level Primarily Remote position with the ability and expectation to travel up to 10% of the time, mainly for in-person events Benefits Compensation & Benefits Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position.
