Resource Innovations is seeking an experienced Marketing Principal to lead marketing strategy, client relationships, and account management teams for our Eastern region. It is ideal for someone who brings agency experience, strong client leadership skills, and looking for the opportunity to deliver meaningful, high-quality work that makes a real impact.As a Marketing Principal, you will oversee all Eastern marketing accounts, serve as a trusted partner to clients and internal stakeholders, and lead an Account Management team responsible for day-to-day execution, including online and offline marketing, events, lead generation, email marketing and paid and social media. This role reports into our Sr. Director, Marketing Client Services and plays a critical part in advancing Resource Innovations’ internal agency model—bringing agency-caliber strategic thinking, creative excellence, and disciplined execution to large-scale energy efficiency and energy transformation programs.
