Marketing & Print Shop Manager

This is a full-time, salaried position working primarily weekdays with rotating weekends. You will work directly with the owners and gain hands-on experience across marketing, branding, customer service, and print shop operations in a retail environment. Key Responsibilities Include: • Manage and grow our social media presence and assist with marketing initiatives • Create in-store signage, promotions, and marketing materials • Support branding and community outreach efforts • Oversee daily print shop operations • Work directly with customers on print-related needs • Coordinate and produce print jobs while maintaining quality and turnaround standards • Maintain organization, inventory, and workflow within the print shop • Assist with process improvements and efficiency within print operations • Provide excellent customer service and help maintain a clean, welcoming store Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Comfortable working with customers in a retail setting • Basic computer, design, and social media skills • Experience with Canva, design tools, or print equipment is a plus, but not required • Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes Compensation & Schedule: • Salary range: $37,000–$40,000 per year, based on experience • Performance-based bonuses available • Full-time schedule, primarily weekdays with rotating weekends
