Experience developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for B2B software-oriented solutions Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably at an enterprise technology or software company, global corporation, or professional services firm Familiarity with AI tools and integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts; Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are preferred A knack for distilling complex product or solution concepts into clear, compelling positioning and marketing narratives Ability to work in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders An understanding of how to communicate priorities and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines - and where requirements can change quickly because of new market realities Executive presence with the ability to present ideas, make recommendations, provide rationale, and advise leaders and their teams on marketing and go-to-market strategy Experience leading junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to support their growth and development, and facilitating new connections to broaden their networks Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Marketing with a focus on marketing strategy, planning, and/or product marketing Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
