The Marketing Production Coordinator at Velocity and its portfolio of brands plays a critical role in managing the day-to-day flow of marketing and creative production. Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to manage timelines and deliverables.Request quotes, review contracts, and ensure timely delivery of outside creative or production needs.Ensure vendor deliverables meet Velocity’s quality and brand standards. Generate weekly project status updates and production reports for leadership and stakeholders.Track project progress, production timelines, workload distribution, and task completion to ensure deliverables remain on schedule.Identify workflow risks, production bottlenecks, or timeline conflicts early and help coordinate solutions to keep projects moving efficiently. Proven ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns, creative projects, and event-based initiatives concurrently.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.Proficiency in project management tools (Basecamp, Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar).Familiarity with marketing channels including digital, print, video, events, and PR.Strong reporting and documentation skills, including archival of project records.Composed under pressure and adept at problem-solving in dynamic, shifting environments.Strong understanding of creative production workflows, including design, photography, video, print production, and marketing deliverables.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong follow-through and accountability.Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and communication across teams.Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and deadlines.
