May be required to work nights/weekends/holidays. Manages office supplies for the department including monitoring, ordering, verifying charges and ensuring delivery of receipt. Concept, design and create collateral and advertising on an on needed basis. Work with webmaster to create online promotions and marketing campaigns. Create promotional materials such as props signage, credentials and or any other communication needed to assist in the promotion.
