Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred 3+ years of marketing experience (healthcare, senior living, or multi-site marketing experience a plus) Strong digital marketing, social media, and branding experience Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills Ability to work independently while supporting multiple locations Willingness to travel locally between sites as needed Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business growth across two locations Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, website content, online listings, and reputation management Coordinate and attend community outreach events, referral source meetings, and networking opportunities Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional campaigns Analyze marketing data, track ROI, and prepare performance reports Maintain strong relationships with referral sources, vendors, and internal stakeholders Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms and communications Competitive salary based on experience ($70K–$90K) Corporate-level growth opportunity Stable Monday–Friday schedule Collaborative and supportive leadership team Opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple locations Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field ?
