The person in this position will: • Provide support in the coordination and oversight of advertising campaigns • Support efforts to track and report key program metrics, specifically leads, marketing-influenced new patient registrations, engagement and other critical effectiveness measurements • Support the advertising team on ad hoc requests such as leadership presentations, audits, agency or internal logistics and budget management support • Coordinate miscellaneous advertisements upon request with internal design team and external agencies • Assist with landing page development while working with internal stakeholders and agency partners • Facilitate the day-to-day coordination of paid promotion opportunities in collaboration with Public Relations team • Collaborate with teammates in the Marketing department, the Institutional Affairs division and across the organization to ensure seamless communication and oversight of shared projects and programs. • Assist with the development of presentations, support key projects, and coordinates logistics in support of program plans. Works with all internal clients to ensure collaboration, efficiency and adherence to brand and other internal guidelines. Required: Five years of marketing experience in a managed care, sales, communications or healthcare environment.
