Owning the National Advertising Program, the full-time Marketing Program Specialist will manage dealer engagement, program administration, and media coordination while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Administer the National Advertising Program, including dealer onboarding and maintaining program documentation Serve as the primary contact for dealer inquiries, facilitating communication and support for program details and updates Coordinate with media agencies to monitor campaign spending and reconcile budgets, while generating performance reports for internal leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) 2-4 years of experience in marketing program coordination, advertising operations, or customer success Familiarity with CRM or lead management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with Google Workspace is a plus Experience working with or supporting franchise, dealer, or partner networks preferred
