As our Marketing Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in creating memorable experiences for our guests. The Marketing Project Coordinator assists with Sales & Marketing initiatives and supports the corporate team as well as team members on property as needed. Responsibilities include: • Work with the sales and marketing team to implement programs and promotions • Manages special projects as assigned • Assist with guest inquiries and generate sales leads • Research and write educational content as needed • Assist with social media ideas, content creation and posting across all platforms • Provide support for the corporate staff (phone, mail, supplies, etc.) Qualifications • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Time management & multi-tasking skills and ability to work independently and efficiently • Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed • Proven Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this job.
