This role allows for a hybrid work schedule, where you can enjoy 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Statements of Work: Create and oversee statements of work that align with client requirements, delineate agency services and fees, and mitigate agency risk. Monitor account activity and ensure any out-of-scope activities are addressed promptly.Hours Estimates & Management: Collaborate with the account team to develop and manage accurate hour estimates, oversee progress through reports, and facilitate necessary adjustments in time allocations.Client Setup: Gain insights into client organizational needs to facilitate their setup in our systems effectively.File Management: Organize and standardize files on servers and cloud storage, ensuring all key documents are easily accessible and well-maintained.Timeliness and Task Management: Draft and document campaign timelines collaboratively, while ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables are completed.Budget Management: Handle media authorizations, track campaign spending, prepare billing fee sheets, and ensure timely invoicing to clients.Client & Internal Meetings: Schedule and manage agendas for team and client meetings, record meeting notes, and ensure visibility on action items to all stakeholders.Steward Agency Process and Roles: Facilitate adherence to agency processes and roles among the account team.Account Communication: Proactively manage internal communication regarding account progress and ensure client inquiries are acknowledged promptly.Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have: A Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field; or a combination of education and experience equating to the same.Why Join True Media?
