Overview FMI is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Marketing team. The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in managing marketing workflows, improving processes, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing programs and deliverables. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field2–4 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, agency coordination, or a related roleExperience working within project management platforms such as Teamwork, Basecamp, Asana, Airtable, Monday.com, or similar toolsStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyDemonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems independently, and drive projects forward with minimal oversightExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailAbility to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and external vendorsExperience with website content management systems, including WordPress or similar CMS platforms, preferredProcess-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellenceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented professional services environment FMI is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
