Marketing Project Coordinator

NorthWing Digital, located in downtown Hopkins, is a digital marketing agency focused on providing highly effective web marketing campaigns for small to large clients in a broad range of industries. An ideal candidate is a highly detailed individual with education and/or exposure to digital marketing and a strong interest in keeping a team organized and on-track. Job Duties Include: -Gather and confirm program requirements through collaboration with sales team and direct client interface -Create and manage project plans and timeline; communicate effectively with all team members and stakeholders to handle changes -Manage project outcomes ensuring customer satisfaction -Communicate project objectives and oversee quality throughout the project lifecycle -Attend, lead and organize meetings; develop and deliver progress reports -Manage the review, proofing and approval of work product / artwork, including sign-off of all final work to client -Create and grow business relationships vital to the success of the company -Responsible for accurate record keeping for each project -Utilize company systems, processes and procedures to manage project execution -Bring forward new ideas, processes, systems and tools to better serve clients/manage workload Ideal candidates will have experience, knowledge and interest in a career in Marketing/Advertising and have interest in organizing digital marketing, SEO and content optimization campaigns.
