About Us: • 15 person team currently all working from home • We have a creative team, marketing team and digital services team and are looking to bring on more great folks • The bulk of our clients are corporate, specifically in the financial industry (banks and credit unions) • Despite that financial services might be "boring" we have great clients and an amazing team that develop comprehensive campaigns (print/TV/radio/digital/social) that have won awards Who We're Looking For: Organized, detail oriented project manager that can oversee an ad campaign from start to finish, meaning you would be the point person for both the client as well as the agency staff. This position would collaborate with both client and in-house agency team to develop strategy, concept, content while keeping client on schedule with project timeline. Skills or Experience: We're willing to give the right person the opportunity to learn as you go, but ideally to hit the ground running, the right person will have had some experience in project management, marketing or at least have a degree in marketing or related field. Other: If anything, we've learned over these past 18 months of quarantine that the Mon-Fri; 9-5 thing doesn't have to be that way, which is why we offer permanent work from home/remote status (but will have some in-person meetings when needed or just to keep ourselves social and not turn into cave people). We believe truly in work/life balance so we're flexible in terms of if you're a working parent (or want to be, but don't want to go back to in- office/commute to work life).
