Marketing Project Lead

Statements of Work: Create and manage comprehensive statements of work that align with client needs while outlining agency services and managing risk.Hours Estimates & Management: Develop and oversee hours estimates in collaboration with the account team, managing time reports and ensuring accurate billing.Client Setup: Facilitate the client setup process by understanding their organizational needs and managing job setup in Advantage.File Management: Organize and maintain files systematically across various storage locations to ensure easy access to essential documents.Timeliness and Task Management: Collaborate with account teams to create campaign timelines, ensuring all team members are updated on tasks and deadlines.Budget Management: Create media authorizations and manage campaign budgets, ensuring all spending aligns with authorized limits.Client & Internal Meetings: Schedule meetings, manage agendas, and take notes to ensure smooth communication and follow-up on action items.Steward Agency Process and Roles: Ensure compliance with agency processes and roles within the account team.Account Communication: Proactively manage internal communication and address client requests promptly.Qualifications: Candidates should possess prior experience in a project management or account management role within a marketing or agency setting, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, including internships.
