MARKETING PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE - Digital

Ideal candidates will have a background managing and trafficking assets in the digital space. They will be flexible enough to embrace last-minute changes and look for timely solutions, but also have the confidence to push back when required. They will also seek to innovate, streamline and improve processes where needed. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain multiple, simultaneous projects, ensuring adherence to project guidelines and best practices. Projects include branding and promotional emails, trigger emails, weekly site updates, Narvar banners, Bluecore emails, app updates and any additional ad hoc projects Partner with various business owners to develop briefs and learn requirements for projects, overseeing timelines, understanding collateral needs and keeping all projects on brand and on time Partner with cross-functional departments to ensure timelines and deadlines are met Create accurate project tracking and scheduling documentation Route projects for approval with key stakeholders and traffic all requested changes for emails and website updates Ensure forward motion of projects through planning and conflict resolution with a responsive, adaptive, flexible and proactive approach Coordinate with internal partners in e-commerce, design, copy, global brand management, CRM, social purpose, PR and legal Distribute work to the design team, keeping the Assignments Sheet up-to-date QA and traffic creative feedback during the website staging review step before site updates go live Create and send Digital Creative Packs to the senior management team Budget and invoice tracking on creative projects Skills & Requirements 4+ years experience in digital creative operations or project management Understanding of the creative process Prioritization skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to switch focus as necessary to accommodate deadlines and priorities Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and analytical skills Must be an enthusiastic team player Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Google Drive and JIRA
