Marketing Project Manager

Marketing Project Manager Locations: 100% remote but occasional office hours in Oakland, CA or Rancho Cordova, CA or Alpharetta, GA Daily Responsibilities: Marketing Program/Project Management: • Work with cross-functional teams to execute internal and external marketing programs/projects. Internal cross-functional partners include Sales, other Marketing teams, Actuarial/Underwriting, Operations and Legal/Regulatory • Create project plans and work with subject matter experts, Regulatory and Legal to develop, implement and maintain marketing projects • Provide general support, materials and training to Sales • Create, and update marketing communications to support ongoing developments in product offerings • Write and manage letter templates • Project manage translation of marketing materials • Project manage incoming custom requests • Ensure that marketing materials reflect current brand guidelines, design specifications and product offerings • Create marketing materials to support ongoing developments, new initiatives and current messaging • Update statistics and communications to add/delete/modify messaging, promote new initiatives, etc. Employment is subject to the successful completion of a pre-employment screening.
