Marketing Project Manager

The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for managing various marketing projects to support Levin Rinke Realty, a leading Pensacola, FL-based real estate brokerage, and its agents.

The Marketing Project Manager will manage projects from inception to completion and will work within a small marketing team and with external partners and vendors to deliver high-quality, attractive, and consistent marketing materials and solutions.

Compensation:
$50,000 - $55,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Identify, manage, and coordinate all tasks that are required to implement marketing campaigns and communicate with and/or delegate to appropriate marketing teammates and external agencies.
Create project timelines and work cross-functionally across the marketing team and other internal departments to ensure deadlines are met, and projects remain on track within the established budget.
Develop and manage project plans and schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
Track milestones and progress to provide marketing leadership with updates as campaigns and projects progress.
Develop and maintain a healthy working relationship with different departments within the company to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
Ensure that all marketing deliverables are on time, on-brand, and align with the company and departmental goals.
Partner closely with the President regarding workflow, priorities, challenges, successes, or any other information necessary to ensure that best practices are followed.
Assist in the development and execution of graphic design projects for marketing campaigns.
Lead presentations and training sessions for agents on marketing updates and tools.


Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A demonstrated orientation toward client service.
Strong project management skills and familiarity with Trello.
Understanding of Multimedia production, scheduling, and modern marketing tactics, technologies, and digital project management tools.
Ideally, a cursory understanding of digital, TV, radio, and out-of-home media buys, and marketing technology platforms.
In-depth knowledge of social media funnel building, lead conversion, click funnel campaigns, and Google ad campaigns.
Ability to oversee and execute growth through multiple points of contact and employees.
Time management and organization to meet strict deadlines.
Ability to recognize emerging trends and stay ahead of them.
Knowledge of internet marketing campaigns, including SEO and paid ad strategies.
2+ years of experience managing projects in a fast-paced, service-oriented work environment where attention to detail and communication are especially important, ideally in a real-estate brokerage environment.
