Marketing Project Manager

The Marketing Project Manager, a hybrid position (2 days on-site), is responsible for the efficient management of patient recruitment digital and social media campaigns from start to finish. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Accountable for the establishment, communication, and adherence of project deadlines and milestonesImplementation of design and content into content management toolAttention to detail in quality checking of materials, websites, and analyticsManage customer expectations and provide clear communication of project flowFacilitate and lead effective campaign discussions with clients and internal teamsDevelop strong relationships with clinical study sponsors, clinical research organizations and research study sitesEffectively communicate and collaborate with the entire Splash team to collectively meet established deadlines on top priority campaigns Qualifications: 3+ years project management experienceExperience in digital and social media marketing preferredStrong competencies in planning, project management, and organization with the ability to lead multiple activities while maintaining a focus on qualityCritical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written, communication and customer service skillsProficiency in self-management and organizational skills; able to manage workload, set personal and team priorities and adjust as neededAssist in driving the continuous improvement of established processes and proceduresSolid knowledge of Microsoft Office products
