About the RoleAs a Marketing Project Manager, you will join the Marketing Design & Operations team and work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders from marketing, partnerships, and the broader organization. Your role is to plan and execute all aspects of marketing projects, providing structure and ensuring smooth delivery across teams.ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones for marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned with Marketing standard practice.Oversee the full project lifecycle of multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring timely completion.Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution, identifying, escalating, and removing blockers.Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders including marketing, partnerships, product, and customer experience, facilitating regular communication and updates.Prepare and present regular reports on project performance, outcomes and lessons learned to functional leaders.Foster a culture of flexibility within the team, encouraging responsiveness and agility.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.Qualifications4+ years of project management experience in e‑commerce or related industries.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and a project management tool such as Jira.Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.Strong initiative, self‑motivation, and ability to deliver quality results with minimal supervision.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to adapt and support project teams through change.Compensation and BenefitsThe base pay range for this position varies by U.S. state. For PA, GA, and NY, the base salary ranges from $70,000–$85,000.
