About the Role In this role, you won’t just hand out flyers—you’ll drive awareness, generate leads, influence buying decisions and generate new sales through strategic, customer engagement. & What You’ll Do • Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of sales-focused promotional campaigns, live events, and community activations • Represent the brand with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm, speaking to product benefits and current offers • Convert on-site conversations into real time sales • Approach potential customers with purpose — create interest, deliver the pitch, and spark action • Support marketing managers with event logistics, product inventory, and schedule coordination • Monitor on-site activity, gather customer insights, and report on lead volume, engagement, and outcomes • Maintain a polished and professional display area that aligns with the brand image • Occasionally assist with real-time content for social media during activations
