Position Overview

Ridgeline Strategies is seeking a motivated Marketing & Promotions Associate to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, brand promotion, event marketing, and lead generation. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, people-oriented, and eager to develop professional skills while supporting promotional campaigns and representing client brands.

Key Responsibilities

Represent client brands at promotional events, retail activations, and community outreach campaignsEngage directly with prospective customers to promote products, services, and special offersGenerate leads and identify potential customers through face-to-face interactionsSupport customer acquisition and sales growth initiativesAssist with event setup, execution, and breakdown for marketing and promotional campaignsBuild brand awareness through in-person promotions and customer engagement activitiesDeliver compelling product presentations and answer customer questionsMaintain positive customer relationships and provide exceptional customer serviceCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve campaign and revenue goalsTrack customer interactions, leads, and campaign resultsParticipate in sales training and professional development programsMeet individual and team performance metrics related to customer engagement and lead generation

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude with a professional and dependable work ethicStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in customer service, retail, sales, marketing, hospitality, or promotional events is a plus but not requiredWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
