Marketing Proposal Coordinator

This is a hands-on role that requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple deadlines. Works with the Director of Marketing and department staff on the development of proposals, statements of qualifications (SOQ), and pre-qualification submissions in compliance with RFQ requirements, writing proposal content, proofreading, and formatting, and managing the entire submittal from beginning to submission. Previous experience working with an A/E firm or related industry is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
