A company is looking for a Marketing Proposal Specialist to collaborate with business development and operations teams on proposal preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with large proposals and lead small to medium proposals, supporting from capture through to interview stage
Coordinate content and information for qualifications and proposals, including compliance, content plan, and production
Participate in go / no-go analyses and internal debriefs, applying lessons learned to enhance proposal quality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in marketing proposal support or equivalent experience / education
Understanding of effective proposal and presentation writing and production
Knowledge of marketing best practices and procedures
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet management, and presentation software
Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
