As a Retail & Events Marketing Representative, you'll be the face of our company—engaging homeowners, generating qualified leads, and helping to grow one of Michigan's leading home improvement companies. Represent All Weather Seal at retail stores, home shows, trade shows, festivals, and community events Greeting and engage homeowners in a friendly, professional manner Educating customers about our windows, bathroom remodeling, and roofing services Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations Collect and accurately enter customer information into company systems Maintain an organized, attractive, and inviting booth or display area Achieve individual and team lead generation goals Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings What We're Looking For
